Abstract:
An accessory support assembly (10) for securing an accessory (A) to an accessory receiver assembly (12) carried on a motor vehicle includes a mounting post (30) and an accessory mounting bracket (70) pivotally secured to the mounting post (30). The bracket (70) is displaceable between two different positions. The mounting post (30) is equipped with a spring loaded latch (46) and a snugger screw (96).
