Abstract:
Provided are an uplink data transmission method and apparatus, a terminal device, a computer readable storage medium, a computer program product, and a computer program. The method comprises: determining a quality parameter in the current retransmission state; determining, according to the quality parameter in the current retransmission state, a target retransmission state to be migrated, wherein the number of uplink transmissions corresponding to at least one of retransmission states is less than a reference number of uplink retransmissions indicated by a network device; and transmitting uplink data according to a target number of uplink retransmissions corresponding to the target retransmission state.
