Technical Field:

This invention relates to a urine analysis tube that is impermeable to sunlight, which can be used to prevent sunlight transmission in urine analysis, so that the sample can be stored for a long time without deteriorating its structure.

State of the Art:

Today, urine analysis is performed in laboratories in cases such as the diagnosis of diseases, differential diagnosis of the disease, and determination of the severity of a disease. Urine analysis is performed by examining the urine that the patient will fill in a container in a laboratory environment. Urine samples, which are extracted at certain times such as 1, 2, 4 and 24 hours, are used in laboratory analysis. Especially for 24-hour analysis, the urine sample should be kept in a clean, sterile, colored bottle. If the colored bottle cannot be found, the urine container should be kept in a dark place, or the bottle should be wrapped with an opaque material. Because if the sample in the container is exposed to sunlight, its content is deteriorated, and the analysis results are adversely affected.

“Automatic Sampling Test Tube for Urine Analysis” is described in the utility model application CN211652911U. The invention relates to the technical field of medical devices, in particular an automatic sampling test tube for urine analysis comprising a test tube and a cap body. The cap body covers the test tube, an open hole is formed in the middle, and a film is placed on the cap body and the through hole. By placing the thin film in the open hole, the sampler of the urine analyzer can conveniently enter the test tube for sampling, thus eliminating the need for capping and greatly improving the sampling efficiency. “Novel Urine Analysis Test Tube” is described in the utility model application numbered CN204719060U. The invention relates to the technical field of medical equipment, and the tube body includes the test tube cap, the liquid receives the container, and the upper part of the tube body is equipped with screw thread and is connected with the upper end of the tube body. The test tube cap respectively passes the liquid cup through the paper tape, the test tube should be equipped with the capping membrane, the opening on the sealing membrane, the upper end of the liquid cup receiving should be equipped with heavy caliber, and the lower end of the liquid cup should be equipped with the small hole inlet port, the middle of the liquid cup part is equipped with scale mark layer. Its simple structure, convenient operation, detection of the box cover computer directly operating, prevented the sample from storing pollution during transportation, flying and spilling the sample overflow and dirty environment planning problem, made the testing process at the same time simpler, and the processing of the post-detection sample is more convenient.

Urine tubes with various features are described above. These urine tubes are designed to provide convenience to laboratory workers during analysis. However, these tubes do not contain a mechanism to protect the sample from sunlight, especially during 24-hour analysis. In this case, as a result of not storing the analysis tube in the right conditions, the structure of the sample is deteriorated and wrong results are obtained.

Consequently, there is a need for new technology that can overcome the disadvantages mentioned above.

Description of the Invention:

This invention is a urine analysis tube that is impermeable to sunlight, which can overcome the disadvantages mentioned above, and its feature is; It consists of two layers, the outer layer is produced from opaque materials, the cover is produced from opaque materials, the inner layer is produced from hard and sterile material, there is a vacuum partition between the outer layer and the inner layer, preventing light transmission and heat transfer. The invention consists of two layers. Since the outer layer is made of opaque materials such as plastic and ceramic, the sun's rays are prevented from affecting the sample in the tube. The cap, which is attached to the mouth of the tube, prevents the passage of sun rays, thanks to its production of opaque material. The inner layer is made of hard and sterile material. The air in the chamber between the inner layer and the outer layer is vacuumed and thus the heat transfer of the sample with the external environment is prevented. Since light and heat transfer is prevented between the sample and the external environment, the sample is preserved for a long time without deteriorating its structure.

It is easy to install thanks to the easy fixing of the parts that make up the invention, and the costs are low due to the short assembly time. Moreover, the invention has a solid construction.

Description of The Invention:

The invention has an outer layer (1) made of plastic, ceramic or metal that forms the outer surface of the tube, a cover (2) made of silicone or plastic and placed on the mouth of the tube, and an inner layer (3) made of glass or ceramic that forms the inner surface of the tube.

The invention has an inner layer (3) that forms a vacuum chamber by evacuating most of the air between it and the outer layer (1) and prevents heat transfer.

Detailed Description of The Invention:

The parts constituting the invention are basically; outer layer (1), cover (2) and inner layer (3).

There is an outer layer (1) that forms the outer surface of the urine analysis tube. The outer layer (1) is made of opaque materials such as ceramic, plastic or metal. Thus, the passage of light into the tube is prevented. There is a cover (2) attached to the mouth of the tube. The cover (2) is made of plastic or silicone materials and prevents the passage of light. An inner layer (3) is positioned on the inner surface of the tube. The inner layer (3) is made of materials such as glass or ceramic. Vacuum area is created by evacuating most of the air in the space between the inner layer (3) and the outer layer (1). In this way, heat transfer of the urine in the tube with the external environment is prevented.
