Abstract:
A use of a composition for preventing and/or eliminating platelet aggregation in a blood sample in ex-vivo blood test. The composition comprises at least one ammonium ion-containing compound. A reagent comprising the compound and used for anti-platelet aggregation interference in ex-vivo blood test, and a method for preventing and/or eliminating platelet aggregation in a sample in ex-vivo blood test. The compound has a disaggregation effect on a plurality of platelet aggregation conditions, and can disaggregate platelets within a short period of time, without needing additional conditions such as water bath temperature control and prolonging a reaction time, and thus can conveniently eliminate platelet aggregation in the sample and obtain accurate measurement parameters of blood cells.
