Abstract:
Use of a plasma molecular marker kynurenine in the detection of early heart failure. The plasma molecular marker is kynurenine. It is proved that kynurenine can be used as a plasma molecular marker for the detection of early heart failure in children, and the detection of heart failure is achieved by means of quantitatively detecting the content of kynurenine by means of the detection of mass spectrometry, and the quantitative detection of kynurenine is applied to a kit for the detection of early heart failure. The present invention has the following advantages: the detection method is simple and easy to implement, and is easy to popularize; compared with a traditional plasma marker, kynurenine has the specificity for the child population and the degree of ventricular remodeling at the early stage of chronic heart failure can be reflected more accurately; and the heart failure can be diagnosed at the early stage.
