Abstract:
A UV coating for magnesium-aluminum alloy surface spraying comprises a basecoat composition, an intermediate coat composition and a top coat composition. The basecoat composition comprises the components with their weight ratio as follows: basecoat : curing agent : diluent = 100 : 33: (25-40); the intermediate coat composition comprises the components with the weight ratio as follows: intermediate coat: curing agent : diluent = 100 : 5: (80-120); and the top coat composition comprises the components with the weight ratio as follows: top coat : diluent = 100 : (15-30).
