Abstract:
An ultraviolet (UV) curing device (100), comprising: a supporting base (110), a lower end of the supporting base (110) being provided with a supporting plate (111), and two sides of an upper end of the supporting base (110) being respectively provided with supporting frames (112), while lower ends of the supporting frames (112) are respectively provided with UV curing lamps (113); a slide rail (120), a first end of the slide rail (120) being fixed onto the supporting plate (111), and a second end extending from the supporting plate (111); a sliding platform (130), a bottom surface of the sliding platform (130) being connected to a first pushing mechanism (1301); a rotating mechanism (140), the rotating mechanism (140) being provided thereon with a telescopic mechanism (1401), and the telescopic mechanism (1401) being provided thereon with a curing platform (141); a plurality of second pushing mechanisms (150), upper ends of the plurality of second pushing mechanisms being provided thereon with a plurality of blocking bars (151); and a control device, the control device controlling the UV curing lamps (113), the first pushing mechanism (1301), the rotating mechanism (140), the telescopic mechanism (1401), and the second pushing mechanism (150).
