Abstract:
A valve (500) comprising a member (514) subject to a first force operative to keep said value closed, said member being sensitive to an index pressure (P1); and an outlet (516) at a second pressure (P2), said index pressure (P1) providing a second force in opposition to said first force when a differential between said second pressure (P2) and said index pressure (P1) is provided to said member (514): and opening the valve when said second pressure (P2) is sufficiently less than the index pressure (P1) to overcome the first force, and a vent (520) operably associated with the member (514), said vent (520) opening when said valve is opened.
