Abstract:
A valve device comprising: a valve (20) that is reciprocally supported in the axial direction of a valve shaft (22); an actuator (30) that opens and closes the valve by directly moving an output shaft (32) that extends in a direction orthogonal to the axial direction of the valve shaft (22); a sliding pin (24) that is provided in the valve shaft (22) and extends in a direction orthogonal to the valve shaft (22) and the output shaft (32); and a guide path (34) that is provided in the output shaft (32) and guides the sliding pin (24) in either the opening or closing direction of the valve. This guide path (34) has: a first inclined path (34a) that guides the sliding pin (24) in the valve closing direction; and a second inclined path (34b) that guides the sliding pin (24) in the valve opening direction. The angle of inclination (β) of the second inclined path (34b) relative to the output shaft (32) is greater than the angle of inclination (α) of the first inclined path (34a) relative to the output shaft (32).
