Abstract:
A vehicle monitoring program for use in an on-board device mounted on a vehicle, the program causing a computer in the on-board device to function as: a monitoring unit for detecting a glitch in application software used in the vehicle; and a glitch processing unit which, in the case when the monitoring unit has detected a glitch in the application software, selects, from among a plurality of glitch processes, one for coping with the detected glitch in accordance with the level of adverse influence inflicted by the application software on the safety operation of the vehicle.
