Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a vehicle radar installation structure that makes it possible to install a radar main body in a vehicle using a simple structure and is capable of contributing to the stabilization of radar performance and a fascia retainer for mounting a bumper fascia that is an exterior part of a bumper to a vehicle main body. [Solution] A structure characterized by being provided with a radar main body (122) having a flat three-dimensional shape and a transmission and reception surface (130) that is provided on one surface and is for transmitting and receiving radio waves and a fascia retainer (120) for mounting a bumper fascia (108) that is an exterior part of a rear bumper (104) for a rear portion of a vehicle, and characterized in that the fascia retainer (120) has a fixation part (150) fixed to the vehicle main body and a radar installation part (128) that is provided in the vicinity of the fixation part (150) and has a recessed shape that the radar main body (122) is fit into so that the transmission and reception surface (130) of the radar main body (122) faces the outside of the vehicle.
