Abstract:
In the present invention, as an example, a vehicle slide rail device allowing an increase in size to be suppressed is obtained. As an example, the vehicle slide rail device according to one embodiment comprises: a movable rail and a slide; a rod which has a male thread and is attached to one of the rail and the slide; a guide member which is attached to the other of the rail and the slide; a nut which has a female thread capable of engaging with the male thread and is supported on the guide member; and a drive mechanism which causes one of the rod and the nut to rotate. The guide member has the rod inserted therein and supports the nut such that the nut can move relative to the guide member, between a position separate from the rod and an engaged position in which the female thread and the male thread engage with one another.
