Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a vibration generating device and an electronic instrument capable of generating high-energy vibrations. [Solution] A vibration generating device according to the present invention is provided with a vibrating plate, a first piezoelectric element, and a second piezoelectric element. The vibrating plate includes a central portion in the longitudinal direction, which is plate-shaped and has a first main surface and a second main surface on the opposite side to the first main surface, a first support portion between one end in the longitudinal direction and the central portion, and a second support portion between the other end in the longitudinal direction and the central portion, wherein the first main surface and the second main surface of the central portion are flat, and the first support portion and the second support portion have a bent structure which is bent in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction. The first piezoelectric element is bonded to the first main surface of the central portion. The second piezoelectric element is bonded to the second main surface of the central portion.
