Abstract:
Disclosed are a video coding method and an apparatus for refining intra-prediction signals based on deep learning, and the present embodiment, in order to enhance the efficiency of video encoding and to improve video quality, provides a video coding method and an apparatus that generate refined intra-prediction signals by adaptively inputting, to a deep learning network, neighboring reconstructed reference samples, a prediction block based on intra-prediction of the current block, and block information related to the current block.
