Abstract:
The present invention provides a video database generation device capable of efficiently and quickly generating a video database in which videos supporting user learning have been recorded. The present invention includes: a score calculation data acquisition unit which acquires an ID of a video which answers/explains one problem or one key point, and score calculation data which is a user's assessment of the clarity of the video and is associated with the ID of the video; an assessment score calculation unit which calculates an assessment score, which is a score assessing the clarity of the video, on the basis of the score calculation data; a tag acquisition unit which acquires a tag that relates to the topic or solution method of the problem and corresponds to the ID of the video; and a video database in which the ID of the video, the assessment scores corresponding thereto, and the tag corresponding thereto are stored in association with each other.
