Abstract:
A video-signal processing device (7) in one embodiment of the present invention is provided with a motion-vector detection unit (14) and a plurality of interpolated-image generation units (15). Said motion-vector detection unit (14) detects interpolated motion vectors representing motion between a first wide-area image and a second wide-area image. Using a first partial image from the first frame, a second partial image from the second frame, and the interpolated motion vectors, each interpolated-image generation unit (15) generates an interpolated partial image corresponding to a segmentation region.
