Abstract:
A virtual currency management device 50 is configured so as to: estimate a well-being value (WB value) as the mental activity level of a user A who participates in a prescribed event E; store a legal currency amount that was used by the user A in the event E; generate a virtual currency on the basis of the estimated well-being value; store, in association with the user A, and manage the generated virtual currency; perform a process for selling the virtual currency being managed to an investor I (third party) and buying the virtual currency that was purchased by the investor I; and set the conversion rate between the virtual currency and the legal currency when buying/selling the virtual currency to/from the investor I in a direction such that the value of the virtual currency relative to the legal currency increases as the stored legal currency amount increases.
