Abstract:
A visual online detection method for a laser welding point of a tab of a lithium battery (113), comprising: acquiring a PCM tab global image and a battery cell tab global image; dividing the global images to obtain a lithium battery tab local image; determining the contrast ratio of the tab local image; according to a determined contrast ratio result, using a corresponding method to obtain a tab image from the tab local image; according to the determined contrast ratio, using a corresponding method to perform welding point detection on a PCM tab image; mapping and estimating the welding point coordinates in a battery cell tab image by means of the detected welding point coordinates in the PCM tab image and pre-obtained calibration information; in the battery cell tab image, generating a square ROI by using each obtained mapped and estimated welding point coordinate as a center; and performing welding point detection in the square ROI to obtain actual welding point coordinates in the battery cell tab image. The method overcomes the problem that it is difficult to detect the welding point of a wrinkled tab by means of a traditional visual algorithm, achieves the detection accuracy, and satisfies an online detection requirement.
