Abstract:
The present application discloses a VNF deployment method, apparatus and device, which are used for increasing the probability of VNF deployment success. The method comprises: after acquiring first information, an NFVO may acquire, according to the first information, connection information for managing CISM of a first cluster, wherein the first information may be used for indicating a requirement of a VNF to be deployed for cluster resources, and the first cluster may meet the requirement of the VNF for cluster resources. Then, the NFVO may send a first message comprising the connection information to a VNFM. After acquiring the connection information, the VNFM may request that the CISM deploy the VNF on the first cluster. Since a container is deployed on a cluster, the first cluster is able to meet the requirement of the VNF for the cluster, and must also meet a requirement of the container for deployment. Therefore, deploying the VNF by means of the method may increase the probability of VNF deployment success.
