Abstract:
A water-based paint special for glass substrates, comprising the following raw materials: a water-based highly branched polyurethane resin, a water-based amino-modified silane resin, a water-based polyether acrylate, a water-based polyethylene acrylic emulsion, a color paste, a defoamer, a leveling agent, a wetting agent, a dispersant, a coupling agent and an adhesion promoter. A preparation method comprises: (1) weighing the raw materials; (2) mixing the water-based highly branched polyurethane resin, the water-based amino-modified silane resin, the water-based polyether acrylate and the water-based polyethylene acrylic emulsion, and stirring the mixture; (3) adding the mixture into the color paste, and performing stirring and natural cooling; and (4) under stirring conditions, adding in sequence the defoamer, the leveling agent, the wetting agent, the dispersant, the coupling agent and the adhesion promoter to obtain the water-based paint. The water-based paint is moderate in viscosity, uniform inn dispersion of raw materials and good in adhesion, can be dried fast, has good film-forming, leveling and anti-corrosion properties, and has strong operability.
