Abstract:
A water-saving check valve comprises a valve body (100), an elastic check part (200) and an elastic water-saving piece (300). The valve body (100) is provided with a water way, a fixed base (120) arranged in the water way and at least one spoke (130) fixedly connecting the fixed base in the water path, among which passageways are formed. The elastic check part (200) is provided with an elastic check piece (210) and a fixed head (250) arranged in the center of the front side of the elastic check piece (210); the fixed head (250) is fixedly connected on the fixed base (120); the elastic check piece (200) is matched with the water way, wherein the elastic check piece (200) is deformed under the impact action of the downstream flow to communicate passageways when the water flow in the water way is downstream flow, and the elastic check piece (200) returns under the impact action of the reverse flow to seal up passageways when the water flow in the water way is reverse flow. The elastic water-saving piece (300) is provided with at least one water-passing hole (310) there through, enclosed in the water way of the valve body (100), and deformed under the action of the hydraulic pressure of the water flow in the water way to change the water-passing cross section of the water-passing hole (310). The water-saving check valve realizes the check function with the elastic deformation of the elastic check piece (200), and has the advantages of simple structure, fewer parts, rapid assembly, low cost and convenience of being matched with the elastic water-saving piece (300) to realize the function of water-saving check.
