Abstract:

This laser welding method comprises scanning while irradiating a layered part (16), in which a first workpiece (12) and a second workpiece (14) are stacked, with laser light from the first-workpiece (12) side. The laser welding method also has: a joining bead formation step for forming a joining bead (18) that passes through at least the first workpiece (12) and joins the first workpiece (12) and the second workpiece (14); and a non-passing bead formation step for shifting and forming a non-passing bead (20), which does not pass through the first workpiece (12), so as to follow along the entire longitudinal direction of the joining bead (18) and so that a part of the non-passing bead (20) overlaps the joining bead (18) in the width direction.
