Abstract:
Disclosed is a wind direction tracking wind power generator. According to an embodiment, the wind direction tracking wind power generator comprises: a support frame in which a support ring is connected in parallel around a vertical central shaft extending vertically; a wind direction tracking shaft in which a front end portion and a rear end portion are mounted to the support ring so as to be supported, a middle portion is rotatably coupled to the vertical central shaft so as to run along the support ring, and a wind direction plate is coupled to the rear side, such that the wind direction tracking shaft rotates around the vertical central shaft on the support ring depending on the direction of the wind; a rotation blade coupled to the front side of the wind direction tracking shaft so as to be rotation-driven; and a power generation unit which is coupled to the wind direction tracking shaft and converts the rotatory power of the rotation blade to electric energy, wherein the rotation blade comprises a boss coupled to the wind direction tracking shaft and a propeller wing radially formed on the outer circumference of the boss, and at the end of the propeller wing, a winglet which makes a right angle with respect to the propeller wing is formed. According to the present invention, since the rotation blade can be rotated by a relatively weak wind, power generation capability can be improved. In addition, since a solar energy generator, along with the wind power generator, can also be used to generate electric power, the power generation capability can be significantly increased.
