Abstract:
A wireless base station (11) that is a first base station in a wireless communication system including a plurality of wireless base stations (11), comprising: a timing difference measurement unit (24) that measures a timing difference between a reference timing of the first wireless base station and a reference timing of a second wireless base station which is a neighboring wireless base station, by using a reference signal that is for synchronizing the reference timings and that is received from the second wireless base station; a timing correction control unit (25) that calculates, on the basis of the timing difference, a first timing correction amount which is a timing correction amount for the reference timing of the first wireless base station, and a second timing correction amount which is a timing correction amount for the reference timing of the second wireless base station, for synchronizing the reference timing of the first wireless base station and the reference timing of the second wireless base station; and a base station control unit (23) that performs control to notify the second wireless base station of the second timing correction amount.
