Abstract:
This wireless communication device (100) comprises: reception units (110, 125) which receive control information including identification information on a transmission source zone where a data transmission source is located, among a plurality of zones that partition the surrounding region; a decision unit (126) which decides the size of the zone, on the basis of a feedback region ratio indicating the ratio of the area of the communication range relative to an identifiable region in which the zones identifiable by the identification information are disposed, the number of bits available for the identification information, and the size of the communication range; determination units (127, 128) which specify the transmission source zone in the zone arrangement of the determined size, and determine whether or not the wireless communication device (100) is included in the communication range of the data transmission source; and transmission units (124, 110) which transmit a data retransmission request when it is determined that the wireless communication device (100) is included in the communication range and data reception fails.
