Abstract:
A work aptitude determination device (130) is a device for determining a degree of work aptitude for indicating the degree to which a user is appropriate for scheduled work to be executed, and is provided with: a perception difficulty space detection unit (132) for detecting a perception difficulty space which is a space in which a perception object is difficult to perceive, the perception object being an object that is to be perceived by the user during performance of the scheduled work by the user, the perception difficulty space being detected from peripheral object information acquired from a peripheral object detection device (110) for detecting a peripheral object that is present on the periphery of the user; a user perception action detection unit (131) for detecting, from user action information acquired from a user action detection device (120) for detecting an action by the user, a user perception action which is an action by the user when the user attempts to perceive the perception object; and a work aptitude calculation unit (133) for calculating the work aptitude of the user from the perception difficulty space and the user perception action.
