Abstract:
A wrist band capable of effectively increasing the motor function of an upper limb by providing, to a user, an appropriate assistance to suit for the structure of the hand joint of the user to intentionally prompting exercises twisted to the left and right thereon. The wrist band comprises a first band-like body stretching in the longitudinal direction, a direction crossing perpendicular to that direction, and radial directions into four corners and a second band-like body stretching in the longitudinal direction. The first band-like body is fitted to a hand joint part so as to surround the hand joint part in the longitudinal direction in the state of covering a radius and an ulnae and a carpus on the front arm side. Also, the second band-like body is fitted to the hand joint part so as to surround the hand joint part in the longitudinal direction in the state of being partly engaged with the projected end part of the radius and partly passing a distant part between the carpus and the ulnae or in the state of being partly engaged with the projected end part of the radius and partly passing the distant part between the carpus and the radius.
