Abstract:
The display unit displays the X-ray image. The database maintains a table describing the relationship of reference contrast agent concentration and reference X-ray conditions with blood vessel contrast. The input unit inputs the intended concentration of the contrast agent to be injected and the X-ray conditions to be used during blood vessel contrast imaging. The acquisition unit acquires the blood vessel contrast by comparison of the input intended values and X-ray conditions with the reference contrast agent concentration and reference X-ray conditions in the database. The calculating unit calculates the predicted pixel value for the region of interest on the basis of the acquired blood vessel contrast and the pixel value of the region of interest established in the X-ray image. The control unit superimposes the partial image having the calculated predicted pixel value on the region of interest and displays said X-ray image on the display unit.
