Abstract:
The invention involved a recombinant anti-enveloped virus peptide, the sequence of DNA which coding this peptide and the sequence of amino acid of this peptide. The colicin capable of forming ion channel or the structure field of its water-solubility passage was combined with peptide capable of peculiarly linking to the target virus envelope antigen to form synthetical peptide. The ScFv antigen bonding field capable of peculiarly linking to the target virus envelope antigen induced the structure field of colicin's water-solubility passage close to target virus envelope, it then formed icon channel to destroy the integrality of the envelope, and the virus RNA was released and killed the virus through this way. And it ensured that this peptide only killed target virus except host cell, then largely reduced side-effect of conventional anti-virus drug to host.
