Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transfer a fine shape to the surface of a molded part at high precision and high efficiency without causing foaming on the surface of the molded part.SOLUTION: A part of a cavity 6 is composed of the tip 11b of a cavity frame 11. The cavity frame 11 slide-moves between a position composing a part of the cavity 6 and an evacuation position far from the cavity 6 along a guide hole 12 formed at a die body 3. The space 12 of the guide hole 12 produced by the movement of the cavity frame 11 to the evacuation position is connected to an external fluid feed apparatus 21 for plasticization by flow passages 18, 20. A molded article 8 in the cavity 6 is plasticized with a fluid for plasticization at which the face confronted with the space 12a of the guide hole 12 is introduced into the space 12a. The tip 11b of the cavity frame 11 is pressed on the plasticized surface of the molded article 8, and the fine shape of the tip 11b of the cavity frame 11 is transferred thereto.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
