PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide jelly that has suppressed collagen smell, fruit juice feeling, and suppressed bad taste of sweetener, and provide jelly with improved texture.SOLUTION: Jelly contains: a collagen component; at least one pulp selected from orange pulp, pink grapefruit pulp, mango pulp; sweetener; and gelling agent, in which the sweetener contains aspartame, acesulfame potassium and sucralose, the blending ratio of the mass of aspartame is 0.0015% or more and 0.0250% or less, the blending ratio of the mass of acesulfame potassium is 0.0001% or more and 0.0120% or less, and the blending ratio of the mass of sucralose is 0.0001% or more and 0.0040% or less.SELECTED DRAWING: None
