Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gaseous ethylene oxide sterilizing device capable of reducing the time for removing ethylene oxide gas from an object to be sterilized, and to provide an aerator.SOLUTION: There is provided a gaseous ethylene oxide sterilizing device which comprises: a sterilization chamber 20 for accommodating an object to be sterilized; a supply pipe 22 for supplying ethylene oxide gas into the sterilization chamber 20; a steam supply pipe 30 for supplying steam for humidifying the object to be sterilized into the sterilization chamber 20 from the outside; a discharge pipe 36 for discharging gas inside the sterilization chamber 20; an air supply pipe 13 for supplying air into the sterilization chamber 20 in order to replace the air inside the sterilization chamber 20; and a far-infrared heater 40 for performing the aeration of the object to be sterilized.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
