Abstract:
To provide a hollow hydraulic turbine which can efficiently convert a flow of water to rotation, and a generating set.SOLUTION: A hollow hydraulic turbine 10 comprises: a contour part 11 which is formed into a cylindrical shape with a center axis AX as a center, has a flow-in port 11a into which water flows at one end part of the center axis AX in an axial line direction, and has a flow-out port 11b from which water is discharged at the other end part in the axial line direction; a blade 12 which is arranged in the contour part 11, connected to the contour part 11, and axially circles to an axial rotation direction of the center axis AX by receiving a flow of water flowing from a flow-in port 11a; and a hub part 13 which is arranged on the center axis AX, and has a connection part 14 connected to the blade 12, and a salient part 15 salient to the flow-in port 11a side from the connection part 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
