Abstract:
To provide novel tricyclic compounds, pharmaceutical compositions comprising the compounds, and methods of using them, for example, for the treatment or prophylaxis of certain cancers, and their use in therapy.SOLUTION: The present invention provides tricyclic compounds of a formula (I), and pharmaceutically acceptable compounds having the compounds.
