To present information necessary for response to the user together with information on the presence or absence of equipment failure or failure risk.SOLUTION: A housing 10 includes equipment, a gateway device, and an input/output device, and the equipment 17 includes a main unit 171 that operates by using energy of electricity, gas, or water, a detection unit 173 that detects an operation characteristic value that changes with the operation of the main unit 171, a determination unit 175 that determines the presence or absence of a failure of the main unit 171 or the failure risk leading to the failure on the basis of the operation characteristic value, and an equipment communication unit 176 that transmits failure information including the presence or absence of failure or failure risk to an equipment management server 20 that manages the equipment through the gateway device 12, and the input/output device 18 receives, from the equipment management server 20, failure display information regarding information enabling maintenance application for the equipment 17 and the failure information, and outputs the failure display information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
