Abstract:
To control a wavelength of a laser beam at high accurately so as to be a target wavelength.SOLUTION: A wavelength variable laser device 1 comprises: a wavelength variable light source part 4 which can vary a wavelength of a laser beam L1 to be output; first and second optical filters 63a and 64a each having permeation characteristics in which a characteristic is periodically changed to the wavelength of the laser beam to be incident; first and second light reception elements 72 and 73 each acquiring intensity of the laser beam penetrated through each of the first and second optical filters 63a and 64a; and a control device 3 that controls the wavelength of the laser beam output from the wavelength variable light source part 4 so as to be a target wavelength on the basis of the intensity of the laser beam acquired by each of the first and second light reception elements 72 and 73. The first and second optical filters 63a and 64a have penetration characteristics different in temperature dependence.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
