Abstract:
To allow collecting a fee according to parking time without installing a permanent device in a temporary parking lot or the like.SOLUTION: An acquisition part 111 acquires an image from an information terminal device 2 carried by a manager of a parking lot. A recognition part 112 recognizes vehicle feature information included in the acquired image. A collation part 113 compares the recognized feature information with registered vehicle feature information stored in a registered vehicle DB 124 to determine whether or not they match each other. If they match each other, a notification is given by a notification part 115. Upon receipt of exit feature information recognized by the recognition part 112, the collation part 113 searches an entry feature information DB 121 for entry feature information that matches the exit feature information, and passes an entry time point associated with the found entry feature information to a specification part 114. Upon receipt of the entry time point, the specification part 114 calculates a parking time period from the entry time point to the current time point, and specifies a parking fee for the vehicle on the basis of a fee table 122.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
