Abstract:
To enable reception of luggage in a parking lot.SOLUTION: A parking lot management system 4 is configured to: acquire identification information (a vehicle plate number) on a vehicle to be parked in a parking lot at which a delivery box is arranged; notify a delivery person of the acquired identification information on the vehicle and identification information on the parking lot (a name and address of the parking lot) via a delivery operator system 3; acquire the identification information on the vehicle to be parked for each parking space of the parking lot; notify the delivery person of even identification information (a number of the parking space and the like) on the parking space; lock the delivery box when luggage is delivered, and notify a recipient of the luggage delivery to the delivery box; and, when the recipient drives out without taking out the luggage, notify the recipient of the luggage of a state where the delivered luggage is not taken out from the delivery box 60.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
