To introduce an appropriate customer to a person in charge of business on a service provide side, and match business negotiation date/time that is convenient for both the person in charge of business and a customer.SOLUTION: An information processor includes: a storage part which stores a visit history including a company name of a company to which a visitor having visited a plurality of persons in charge of business of customer candidates belongs, a schedule of the persons in charge of a company, and the schedule of the persons in charge of business on a service provider side; an introduction request reception part which receives a customer introduction request including summary information obtained by summarizing service contents and access information to the detailed service contents; an extraction part which extracts a person in charge of a customer among the plurality of persons in charges of the company on the basis of the service contents and the company name of the visitor included in the visit history; a transmission part which transmits summary information and access information to the terminal of the person in charge of the customer; a request reception part which receives a request of business negotiation; and a matching part which matches schedules between the person in charge of the customer and the person in charge of the business.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
