To provide a system, a method, and a program for supporting creation of a moving image including an avatar of a user.SOLUTION: A moving image creation device 10 has a function for creating a moving image including an avatar of a user. The device 10 creates the moving image including the avatar of the user, and an operation of the avatar is controlled based on an arrangement of predetermined parts of a body of the user in an image input via a camera 131.
