Abstract:
To provide an electric actuator which can continue to supply grease between a vibration stopper member and a hollow inner peripheral face of a hollow rod even when used for a long period of time, and can stably demonstrate a vibration stopper function.SOLUTION: An electric actuator 1 comprises: a ball screw shaft 10 rotated by a motor 30; a slider unit 20 performing a linear motion by the rotation of the ball screw shaft 10; a hollow rod 40 which is fixed to the slider unit 20, and into which the ball screw shaft 10 is inserted; and a vibration stopper member 50 arranged at a tip outer periphery of the ball screw shaft 10, and coming into contact with a hollow inner peripheral face 40a of the hollow rod 40. An outer peripheral groove 51a is formed at the vibration stopper member 50, an O-ring 52 is accommodated in the outer peripheral groove 51a, and a resin-made slide member 53 is accommodated at an outer periphery of the O-ring 52.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
