Abstract:
To realize a spectral prism for separating P polarized wave, S polarized wave and discretionary polarized wave images, a spectroscopic optical module integrated with imaging elements corresponding to the respective images, and an optical device utilizing the spectroscopic module.SOLUTION: Provided is a tri-spectroscopic optical module 1 in which a first spectroscopic element 2 for reflecting a first spectral component and transmitting a second spectral component, thereby separating them, a polarization filter 6 for polarizing the first spectral component obtained by reflection by the first spectroscopic element 2 in a discretionary polarization direction, a first imaging element 9 for capturing the polarized wave image obtained via the polarization filter 6, a second spectroscopic element 3 for separating the second spectral component having passed through the first spectroscopic element 2 into a P polarized wave and an S polarized wave, a second imaging element 13 for capturing the P polarized wave image extracted from the second spectroscopic element 3, and a third imaging device 14 for capturing the S polarized wave image extracted from the second spectroscopic element 3 are constructed as an integral body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
