Abstract:
To realize a spectral prism for separating infrared, P polarized wave and S polarized wave images, a spectroscopic optical module integrated with imaging elements corresponding to the respective images, and an optical device utilizing the spectroscopic module.SOLUTION: Provided is a tri-spectroscopic optical module in which a first spectroscopic element for separating incident light into infrared light that is a first spectral component and visible light that is a second spectral component, a first imaging element for imaging the infrared light that is a first spectral component, a second spectroscopic element for separating the second spectral component into a P polarized wave image and an S polarized wave image, a second imaging element for capturing the P polarized wave image separated by the second spectroscopic element, and a third imaging element for capturing the S polarized wave image are constructed as an integral body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
