Abstract:
To provide a hexagonal crystal boron nitride powder that can give a resin composition that has a small amount of αray emission, achieves high interaction with a resin, and is charged into the resin, high thermal conductivity, dielectric strength, and peeling strength from a copper foil.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a hexagonal crystal boron nitride powder wherein, an abundance ratio ofB in a total boron content is 90% or more, and by diffuse reflection infrared spectrography, in a measurement range of 3100-3800 cm, a highest absorption peak is in the range of 3530-3590 cmrange.SELECTED DRAWING: None
