Abstract:
To provide a non-lead glass composition having good adhesiveness and adhesion to a substrate at 370°C or lower.SOLUTION: The non-lead glass composition does not practically includes phosphorus oxide, and includes vanadium oxide, tellurium oxide, alkali metal oxide, iron oxide, barium oxide and tungsten oxide, and further includes as an additional component, at least one of yttrium oxide, lanthanum oxide, cerium oxide, erbium oxide, ytterbium oxide, aluminum oxide and gallium oxide and has content of tellurium oxide of 25 mol% to 43 mol% in terms of oxide of TeO, and content of the alkali metal oxide of 4 mol% to 27 mol% in terms of oxide of RO, wherein R is an alkali metal element.SELECTED DRAWING: None
