Abstract:
To instantaneously generate a robot program of a typical arrangement pattern with a simple screen operation.SOLUTION: A robot program generation device 10 includes: means for selecting a typical arrangement pattern of a robot system; means for selecting each arrangement element arranged in the selected arrangement pattern; means for automatically generating layout in which arrangement elements in a static state do not interfere with each other; means for automatically generating a robot program according to work content in accordance with the selected arrangement pattern and the automatically generated layout; means for executing the automatically generated robot program on a virtual environment and automatically correcting installation positions of the arrangement elements in the automatically generated layout on the basis of the presence or absence of interference of a robot in an operation state and the propriety of attainment of the robot with respect to a workpiece; and means for correcting the robot program on the automatically corrected installation positions.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
