Abstract:
To provide a colored contact lens expressing an iris part (a black eye part) of a wearer in a natural mode, even when there is deviation between an eye ball and the colored contact lens caused by movement of an eye of the wearer, capable of preventing a scleral section from being viewed, and having a natural external appearance.SOLUTION: The colored contact lens includes: a rimming colored part 4 that is an annular colored region having colored dots of a first color corresponding to the color of the iris part of a wearer and disposed at a position of rimming the outer shape of the iris part; and a transition colored part 6 that is an annular colored region having colored dots and is disposed adjacent to the inner side of the rimming colored part. The color density of the transition colored part 6 is so distributed as to decrease from the outside toward the inside in the radial direction, and the color density is changed by changing the density of the colored dots, so that, when the density of the colored dots is expressed by a ratio of an area of the colored dots with respect to an area of the whole region where the colored dots are disposed, the density of the colored dots near the outside end of the transition colored part 6 is defined as within 50-80%.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6B
