Abstract:
To provide a technique for extracting a substitute vehicle when it is determined that a user's scheduled boarding vehicle should be changed and for supporting a movement of a user.SOLUTION: An information processing device of the present invention comprises a control unit that executes: determining whether to change a scheduled vehicle of a first user based on predetermined position information related to the first user getting on a first vehicle before a scheduled time for the first user to board the first vehicle scheduled to be boarded at a first boarding location; extracting one or more candidate vehicles that are an alternative candidate for the first vehicle when it is determined that the vehicle to be boarded by the first user should be changed; and changing the scheduled vehicle to be boarded by the first user from the first vehicle to a second vehicle that is one of one or more candidate vehicles based on an approval by the first user.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
