Abstract:
To easily change a slicing width.SOLUTION: A food slicing device includes a conveying mechanism for conveying bread, and a slicing mechanism 20 for slicing the conveyed bread. The slicing mechanism 20 is provided with a blade body 30 including a support frame 34 having a plurality of upper support parts 32 and a plurality of lower support parts 33 for supporting a plurality of blades 31, a lifting mechanism 50 for lifting the blade body 30, a slicing width adjusting mechanism 60, and a changing mechanism 80. The slicing width adjustment mechanism 60 is structured so that the plurality of upper support parts 32 and the plurality of lower support parts 33 can be moved respectively in a width direction B. The changing mechanism 80 is structured so that a separation distance between the plurality of upper support parts 32 and the plurality of lower support parts 33 in an extension direction can be changed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
