Abstract:
To provide an imaging device with which it is easy to improve the accuracy and reliability, etc., of visual inspection.SOLUTION: A white bar movement mechanism unit 4 causes a white bar 3 to be inserted into the inside of a workpiece W on the basis of an instruction by a control unit 13. Then, a roller drive unit 2 rotates the workpiece W 360° using a roller unit 1. At this time, it is possible for an imaging unit 7 to perform imaging and thereby image the trunk of the workpiece over the entire circumference, with a white color as the background color. Next, the white bar movement mechanism unit causes the white bar to be ejected from inside of the workpiece on the basis of an instruction by the control unit, and a black bar movement mechanism unit 6 causes a black bar 5 to be inserted into the inside of the workpiece. Then, the roller drive unit rotates the workpiece 360° using the roller unit. At this time, it is possible for the imaging unit to perform imaging and thereby image the trunk of the workpiece over the entire circumference, with a black color as the background color.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
